K/sub e4/ decays and low energy π--π phase shifts

Description
The determination of the low energy π–π phase shifts from the decays K± ⇒ π+π−e±ν is discussed. Results of the University of Pennsylvania Ke4 experiment are presented. These results are compared with higher energy data on the π–π phase shifts and with the results of another Ke4, experiment.
