Safe development for nuclear power

As for international conventions on early notification of nuclear accidents, on assistance in case of nuclear accident or radiation accident and on physical protection of nuclear material, measures on nuclear power safety development are considered. Problems on reducing sensitivity of reactor systems to personnel errors, on informing countries of the causes, behaviour and consequences of accidents as well as problems on responsibility regulation in case of nuclear damage are discussed
