Cyclotron resonance in a polarized junction

  • 1. Besancon CEDEX (France). Laboratoire de spectroscopie hertzienne et d'electronique

Description

We experimented with cyclotron resonance in polarized junctions. The polarization of the junction was used to modulate and detect the resonance. The experiment allowed us to determine the effective mass of charge carriers responsible for the radiofrequency susceptibility observed previously. (Author) 21 refs., 3 figs
