Very high spin states in 153Ho
Description
The Heidelberg Double Anticompton Spectrometer has been used with two Ge detectors of large efficiency (40%) to investigate yrast lines in the mass range A proportional 150. One of the highest known spins in the nucleonic chart, Jsup(π)=81/2 in 153Ho, was seen by the reaction 122Sn(35Cl,xyzγ) after 1 1/2 h. (orig.)
