The so called molecular resonances: some new aspects
Description
A few aspects of the resonant behavior of the excitation functions, observed in heavy ion collisions are discussed. After a short survey of the experimental facts, the physical picture underlaying these resonances is outlined. Finally, some recent progress and the relationship between resonances observed at Coulomb and above-Coulomb energies are then discussed
