Description

The measurements of the CS J = 1 - 0 rotational transition line toward Cepheus A made with the 37-m antenna of the Haystack Observatory are presented. The analysis of the CS velocity field suggests that the high-density molecular gas (more than 10,000 H2/cu cm) is disturbed by the stellar wind. A comparison between the CS and NH3 emission shows that the high-density gas traced by the CS is more disturbed by the stellar wind pressure than that traced by the NH3. 16 references
