Will the nation's nuclear waste policy succeed at Yucca Mountain?
Description
This article discusses the views of those who are opposed to the development of a spent fuel storage facility at Yucca Mountain, Nevada. Various terms associated with related regulations and policies are defined. The geology of Yucca Mountain site is discussed as well as other reasons this type of facility is not feasible as a spent fuel storage site
