Extrapolation of triplet phase of proton-proton scattering in the range of low energies

Description
It is shown that for the correct extrapolation of the triplet phases of the pp-scattering into the area of energies below several MeV it is necessary along with the Coulomb and nuclear interactions to take into account the interactions of the proton magnetic moment with the Coulomb field and magnetic moment of the other proton. The simple method of such an extrapolation is proposed

Показано, что для корректной экстраполяции триплетных фаз pp-рассеяния в область энергий ниже нескольких МэВ необходимо наряду с кулоновским и ядерным взаимодействиями учитывать взаимодействия магнитного момента протона с кулоновским полем и магнитным моментом другого протона.
