Surface phenomena in lanthanum chromite based conducting materials

Description
Composition of lanthanum chromite surface on the example of its solid solution La0.975Ca0.025Cr0.9Al0.1O3 prepared by solid phase synthesis with the following sintering in vacuum and annealing in the air is studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Quantity of atoms La, Sr nad Cr at the surface is calculated by means of ranges of areas of corresponding peaks in electron spectrum. Ratio of chromium cations, and lanthanum and strontium cations is equal to 0.7. Abstract (Russian)
Методом рентгеновской фотоэлектронной спектроскопии исследован состав поверхности хромита лантана на примере его твердого раствора La0.975Ca0.025Cr0.9Al0.1O3, полученного твердофазным синтезом с последующим спеканием в вакууме и отжигом на воздухе. Количество атомов La, Sr и Cr на поверхности рассчитано с использованием величин площади соответствующих пиков электронного спектра. Соотношение на поверхности катионов хрома и катионов лантана и стронция равны 0.7.
