Description
The author first proposes a synthesis of measurement networks from the point of view of information transmission (general problems, synthesis with different criteria), and then addresses the vulnerability of these measurement networks: problem definition, definition of fundamental values (total vulnerability, partial vulnerability, contribution to vulnerability), analysis, and synthesis (measurement point clustering, connection between measurement points of a cluster)
