Study of super-narrow dibaryon production in process pd → p X

Description
The reactions p + d → p + p(γn) and p + d → p + d(γ) at 305 MeV are studied with aim to search for super-narrow dibaryons. The experiments are carried out at Moscow Meson Factory using a spectrometer TAMS which detected two charged particles at various angles. Narrow structures in missing mass spectra at 1905 and 1924 MeV are observed. An analysis of the angular dependence of the experimental data shows that the resonance at 1905 MeV corresponds with the most probability to the production of the isovector super-narrow dibaryons
Abstract (Russian)
Изучаются реакции p + d → p + p(γn) и p + d → p + d(γ) при 305 МэВ с целью поиска сверхузких дибарионов. Эксперимент был проведен на Московской мезонной фабрике с использованием спектрометра TAMS, который детектировал две заряженные частицы под различными углами. В спектрах недостающей массы были наблюдены узкие структуры при 1905 и 1924 МэВ. Анализ угловой зависимости экспериментальных данных показывает, что резонанс при 1905 МэВ соответствует, наиболее вероятно, образованию сверхзвукового изовекторного дибарионаAdditional details
