Searches for strongly interacting massive particles by means of semiconductor detectors positioned on the Earth's surface

  • 1. Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences, Gatchina, 188350 (Russian Federation)

Description

Searches for signals from recoil nuclei that arise in semiconductor detectors from collisions featuring strongly interacting massive particles that may form the dark matter of the Universe have been continued. New constraints have been imposed on the masses of those hypothetical objects and on their scattering cross sections
