Some characteristics of stabilization of radiation in a moving isotropic plasma
Description
The authors investigate the radiation of an oscillating dipole, switched on at instant t = O in an isotropic cold plasma moving with a constant velocity. The form of Green's function in the medium is refined and the radiation field is determined; this field can be expressed as a sum of transient and steady-state solutions
