Description

This paper is presented to inform the participants at the workshop of the current status of the draft IAEA Safety Guide DS 288 A National System For Feedback of Experience from Events in NPPS'. The safety guide is under revision and IAEA participation in the workshop is viewed as an opportunity for feedback to be gathered on how the topic of recurring events should be strengthened in the Safety Guide. Such feedback will help to ensure that Member States applying the IAEA Safety Guide will benefit from current knowledge and guidance on this topic. (author)
