The use of the DROP programme for the evaluation and verification of an annexe to the safety report on the Zarnowiec nuclear power plant
Description
The purpose of simulation studies carried out with the use of a model of nuclear unit dynamics during turbine set load shedding (the DROP programme) is discussed. The model has been developed in the Institute of Power. The structure of the model and functional parameters of the programme for the R-32 computer are described. The results of simulation studies carried out to verify the conclusions presented in the annexe to the safety report on the Zarnowiec nuclear power plant are presented. (author)
