Description
A review is given of recent results obtained with (e,e'p) experiments in the quasi-elastic domain, which have been performed at MIT/Bates, NIKHEF and Saclay. Both the possible modifications of the electron-proton coupling in the nuclear medium and the effects of long- and short-range correlations on the proton spectral function are discussed.
