Radiogaschromatography of iodine compounds

Description
It is reported on the radiogaschromatography of alkyl iodides and iodine-fluorine-chlorine 131I-labelled compounds. Detection in flow and after adsorption has been investigated using commercial assemblies of gaschromatographic and nuclear instruments. The applicability of the method and the peculiarities arising in the radiochemical synthesis of substances having an extremely high specific activity are discussed. (author)

Es wird über die Radiogaschromatographie von 131J-markierten Alkyljodiden und Jodfluorchlorverbindungen berichtet. Mit kommerziellen gaschromatographischen und kerntechnischen Gerätegruppen wurde eine Detektion im Durchfluβ und bei Adsorption untersucht. Der Anwendungsbereich der Methode und die Besonderheiten bei strahlenchemischer Synthese der Substanzen mit extrem hoher spezifischer Aktivität werden diskutiert.Additional details
