Report Monitoring Supply Security 2003-2011
Description
The aim of the title monitoring is to gain insight into the expected development of supply and demand in the Netherlands. Also attention will be paid to import of electricity to meet the national demand, and the relation between the reserve factor and required import.
Abstract (Dutch)
Doel van de monitoring is om inzicht te geven in de verwachte ontwikkeling van het binnenlands aanbod ten opzichte van de binnenlandse vraag naar elektriciteit. Onderzocht wordt de mate waarin binnenlands vermogen de binnenlandse vraag kan dekken. Omdat leveringszekerheid zich niet tot de nationale grenzen beperkt hebben wij besloten dit jaar ook na te gaan in hoeverre bij een toenemende importafhankelijkheid buitenlands aanbod en de benodigde internationale transportcapaciteit beschikbaar zijn voor de Nederlandse elektriciteitsvoorziening.
