Description
The changes of the para-conductivity induced by thermal and epithermal neutron irradiation of polycrystalline YBa2Cu3O7-x are presented. Small amounts of LiF have been added in order to improve the effective cross section of neutron capture. The critical temperature exhibits a peak and the critical exponent has a very small absolute value (λ ≅ - 0.07 to 0.10) at 1.02 x 1017 neutrons/cm2. The crossover temperature between the 3D fractal and 2D fractal regime is shifted from 95 K to 106.6 K whereas the c-axis coherence length increases up to 10 Angstrom by increasing the neutron fluence.
