Description

A new synthesis of the radioconjugating agent tetrafluorophenyl-m-iodobenzoate has been developed, and new derivatives of tetrafluorophenyl-5-iodopentenoate have been synthesized. These compounds, labelled with radioactive iodine, have been conjugated to antibodies, and the tissue distribution determined
