Upper bounds which follow from unitarity are derived for the angular distribution of the detected particle C in the inclusive process AB→C+anything at a finite energy, in terms of the corresponding elastic amplitudes for a fixed value of the forward inelastic cross-section and for a fixed value of the total inelastic cross-section for the production of C. In comparison with the pp→p+anything data at 24GeV/c, some improvement on previous bounds is observed

Abstract (French)

On a etudie les limites superieures dues a l'unitarite pour la distribution angulaire de la particule C detectee dans un processus inclusif AB→C+n'importe quoi, a energie finie, en fonction des amplitudes elastiques correspondantes, pour les cas suivants: valeur fixe de la section efficace inelastique vers l'avant, et valeur fixe de la section efficace inelastique totale pour la production de C. En comparaison avec les donnees sur l'interaction pp→p+n'importe quoi a 24GeV/c, on observe une amelioration par rapport aux limites precedentes
