Assessment of brickworks including fuel storage facilities according to the Federal Emission Control Ordinance (BImSchV)
Description
In connection with the storage of the materials styropor, sawdust, pulp, and flue ashes, as well as the fuels heavy and light fuel oil and coal, released substances according to Annex II of the 12th Federal Emission Control Ordinance do not obviously present a general hazard during disturbed operations. During storage of the fuels butane and propane, quantity level A is always, and quantity level B in most cases exceeded. A general hazard within the meaning of the Accident Ordinance thus cannot be excluded in principle. (orig./DG)

Bei der Lagerung der Einsatzstoffe Styropor, Saegemehl, Papierschlamm und Flugasche sowie der Brennstoffe Heizoel S, Heizoel EL und Kohle ist durch die Freisetzung der bei einer Stoerung des bestimmungsgemaessen Betriebes entstehenden Stoffe nach Anhang II der 12. BImSchV eine Gemeingefahr offensichtlich ausgeschlossen. Bei der Lagerung der Brennstoffe Butan und Propan wird die Mengenschwelle A immer und die Mengenschwelle B in den meisten Faellen ueberschritten. Eine Gemeingefahr im Sinne der Stoerfall-Verordnung kann deshalb nicht grundsaetzlich ausgeschlossen werden. (orig./DG)Additional details
