An annealing study of thermal neutron irradiated tungsten
Description
Stage III recovery of thermal neutron irradiated tungsten is examined by electrical resistivity measurements, and by field ion microscope observations. This is to clarify whether vacancies or interstitials are migrating. (Auth.)
