Polarisation asymmetry parameters in the reaction anti γ anti p → π+ n
Creators
Description
A resonance region photoproduction experiment is described in which the polarised photon beam from the Daresbury electron accelerator and a polarised proton beam were used to measure the three polarisation asymmetry parameters Σ, T and P for the process γp → π+n in the photon energy range 450 to 1650 MeV at centre of mass angles between 300 and 1200.
