Full text: The balance scored card (BSC) is a tool developed to link strategies to the organizational key objectives and results, and a useful method to show and communicate the strategy, to follow its development and obtain feedback to learn about the implementation of a nuclear knowledge management domain. This report gives a brief summary of the method adopted for developing a BSC linked to a certain nuclear knowledge domain in the CNEA and it provides an example of its application to the radioactive waste management knowledge area.
