Method to separate bivalent Ni, Co, Cu, Mn, Zn, Pb, Ca and/or Mg from higher-valent cations of Fe, Cr, Al, As, Ti, Sb, Sn, Mo, W, Ta, and/or Nb from chloride solutions
Description
A method for the separation of bivalent Ni, Co, Cu, Mn, Zn, Pb, Ca, and/or Mg cations from higher-valent Fe, Cr, Al, As, Ti, Sb, Sn, Mo, W, Ta, and/or Nb cations contained in a solution in the form of chlorides is described. The solution, as a spray, is led in parallel flow with a hot, steam-containing gas through a reactor and undergoes selective pyrolysis at temperatures of 200 to 4000C. The solids are then separated from the soluble chlorides or insoluble compounds by aqueous leaching. (HK)

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Trennung zweiwertiger Kationen des Ni, Co, Cu, Mn, Zn, Pb, Ca und/oder Mg, von hoeherwertigen Kationen des Fe, Cr, Al, As, Ti, Sb, Sn, Mo, W, Ta und/oder Nb, die sich in Form von Chloriden in einer Loesung befinden, beschrieben. Die Loesung wird in zerstaeubtem Zustand mit einem warmen wasserdampfhaltigen Gas im Gleichstrom durch einen Reaktor gefuehrt und bei Temperaturen von 200 bis 4000C einer selektiven Pyrolyse unterworfen. Durch waesserige Auslaugung werden anschliessend die dabei erhaltenen Teststoffe aus den loeslichen Chloriden oder unloeslichen Verbindungen getrennt. (HK)Files
