Pitfalls in nuclear medical diagnostics

Creators

  • 1. Klinikum Grosshadern, Muenchen (Germany, F.R.). Nuklearmedizinische Abt.

Description

Pitfalls in nuclear medical diagnostics are the result of radiopharmaceutical errors and errors in the injection, measurement, recording and evaluation techniques. Insufficient inspection and experience are additional factors. Besides technical quality control the physician's experience, therefore, plays an important role in avoiding untoward effects on the patient and reducing the cost of examination. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

(orig.)
