X-ray sources with Promethium-147 isotope for XRF analytical purposes
Description
The paper deals with the description and testing of a new X-ray source applying 147Pu isotope and various target materials for X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analytical purposes. Good quality energy spectra were recorded in case of Fe, As, Zr, Cd, Ce targets. The sources can be applied in industrial laboratories, too. (Sz.J.)
