Description
The widely use of digital signal processing (DSP), greatly improves the accuracy and flexibility of nuclear measurement. Our High-speed digital multi-channel analyzer uses a 10-bit 80MSPS ADC, the noise level of signal after sampling is high, so we use a FIR filter to decrease the high frequency noise caused by high-speed sampling. For shaping parameters can be freely configured, digital shaping of nuclear signal owns great performance of processing pile-up pulses. The high-speed digital multi-channel analyzer combining FIR filter and digital shaping can accurately measure nuclear energy spectrum. (authors)
