The safety review and inspection for third Qinshan nuclear power plants
Description
In recent years, National nuclear safety administration (NNSA) organized and implemented the safety review for Third Qinshan nuclear power plants (TQNPP) (CANDU-6). Construction permit (CP), First fuel loading authorization and the inspection for construction, installation, commissioning and trial operation, to ensure the high quality of TQNPP. This paper summarized and evaluated the experience of the safety review and inspection performed by NNSA for TQNPP during construction, installation, commissioning and trial operation. The suggestions to strengthen the operation safety are presented. (author)
