Process and device for measuring radioactivity in column elutriates

Description

In this process, a part of the total elutriate flow is separated in each cycle and is mixed with a scintillator liquid. The addition of the scintillator liquid is synchronous with the frequency of separation of the part flow, so that good mixing and good results are obtained from the measurements. (orig./PW)

Abstract (German)

Bei dem Verfahren wird taktweise ein Teil des Gesamteluatstroms abgespalten und mit einer Szintillatorfluessigkeit vermischt. Die Zumischung der Szintillatorfluessigkeit erfolgt synchron mit dem Takt der Abspaltung des Teilstroms, so dass eine gute Durchmischung und gute Messergebnisse erreicht werden. (orig./PW)
