Analysis of space-energy characteristics at the periphery of large γ-families (ΣEγ=300-1000 TeV)

Description

Space-energy characteristics of γ-quanta at the periphery of large γ-families of high energies (300-1000 TeV) have been analysed. Calculations are carried out using MSF (a model with increased content of iron nuclei in primary radiation with scaling conservation in fragmentation region in secondary particle spectra) and MJ4 (a model with scaling violation in fragmentation region by the primary energy growth) models. Spatial γ-quanta distribuion in lg Rγ, the radius values being Rγ>1 cm, is presented. MJ4 model presents the best agreement with the experiment. Primary particle energy estimation is discussed
