Engineering and physical model of gas flows at medium vacuum

  • 1. Sankt-Peterburgskij Gosudarstvennyj Politekhnicheskij Univ., Sankt-Peterburg (Russian Federation)

Description

Development of the methods for modeling gaseous flows in the vacuum elements by transition from the molecular flow to the viscous one restrain our notion on the average vacuum physics. The engineering-physical model and probabilistic method for modeling the gaseous flows in the vacuum elements are proposed. The method for modeling is developed on the basis of the above model and the gaseous flows values in the molecular-viscous mode are calculated. The obtained results explain the available paradoxes of the molecular-viscous mode. The reliability of the model is proved experimentally
