Effect of CrO3 addition in ZrO2: electric and dielectric behavior

Description
Electric conductivity and dielectric permeability of the ZrO2 oxide doped by CrO3 are measured at various temperatures and molar ratios. Reduction of the electric conductivity is established to be determined by the formation of oxygen vacancies, and the dielectric permeability - increase of grain size. Doping-effect is supported by X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy techniques
Abstract (Russian)
При различных температурах и молярных соотношениях измерены электропроводность и диэлектрическая проницаемость оксида ZrO2, допированного CrO3. Установлено, что возрастание электропроводности обусловлено образованием кислородных вакансий, а диэлектрической проницаемости - увеличением размера зерна.
