Description
A comparative analysis of fluctations of fluxes of energetic particles and components of the geomagnetic field during the strong magnetic storm is carried out according to the observations at the ''Interkosmos-19'' satellite. A result is compared with observations of geomagnetic pulsations recorded by ground observatories. A hypothesis is made that the pulsating flow of hot plasma and cosmic rays from the solar wind into the depth of the magnetosphere has been observed at the satellite
