HTR 8 Module: Protection Concept. Chapter 6.1
Creators
Description
Automatic translation: The protection concept of an HTR-8 module power plant is based on that by coupling HTR modules together the power plant output can be increased, the safety favorable properties of small HTR's but for each of the 8 HTR modules are fully preserved. Each of the 8 HTR modules is technically constructed and core physically designed so that the fuel temperatures of a each HTR module in all incidents, regardless of the condition of the other HTR modules, stabilize below 1600 °C.
Abstract (German)
Files
