Description
Thermally stimulated luminescence (TSL) from well synthesized crystals W5 of PbWO4, CdWO4, Y3 Al5O12, Bi4Ge3O12 and LiB3O5 characterized by XRD and DTA has been studied by TSL is found to be useful in detecting minute nonstoichiometry in these oxide crystals. (author)
