Description
Regulation of burning absorber rods and its modernization was investigated. It was shown that using new materials (pure metallic hafnium, dysprosium titanate, EP-630V alloy) permits to realize more reliable and efficient regulation, to decrease the volume of solid wastes and to improve the ecological situation near WWER-1000 power plants
