Annual report on the activity of the National X-ray and Radiotherapeutical Institute

The activity of the Institute includes the organisation of training courses and lectures, the elaboration of methodological principles and the publication of ''Methodological Letters'', the control of the level of medical radiology throughout the country. The most important developments of 1980 were the following: installation of 16 scintillation cameras and two computer tomographs; commercial production of T3 and insulin RIA-kits; introduction of SI units; organisation of silver recovery from X-radiological laboratories.
