ENDF/B-VII continuous energy library verification

Description
We discuss the quality procedures now used to check the latest VIM continuous-energy library derived from ENDF/B-VII data. These include both exhaustive numerical and graphical comparison of cross sections with a corresponding MCNP library and benchmark experiment calculations using both codes. The two libraries are constructed using completely independent cross section processing codes, so the comparison provides a check of both. (authors)
