An effect of Zr4+ co-doping of YAP:Ce scintillator
Description
Set of YAlO3:Ce single crystals co-doped with Zr4+ ions at concentrations of 0-200 ppm was characterized by photo-, radio- and thermo-luminescence, scintillation decay and light yield measurements. Positive influence of Zr co-doping was found, especially for the speed of scintillation response and lowering of TSL active traps
