Description

X-ray Free Electron Laser Facility is built next to SPring-8 (Large synchrotron radiation facility). It is huge accelerator facility which makes laser light of X-ray frequency. Acceleration systems are very sensitive about temperature because of expansion caused by temperature change. Especially cooling water temperature needs very accurate temperature control rate. And monitoring sampling rate of cooling water needs 0.1 second interval as same as accelerator monitoring systems. We have built high-accuracy temperature control system and high speed monitoring system for cooling water and HVAC system. (author)
