Description
The aims of the work described here were to provide an experimental basis for evaluating the committed effective dose equivalent per unit intake together with the ALI for four industrial oxide bearing dusts, and to assess the extent to which 241Am could be used for estimating the 239Pu content of the lung after an accidental intake of these materials.
