Description
A quadrupole-dipole-dipole-dipole spectrograph has been used at 42.34 MeV to observe the 199Hg(p,t)197Hg reaction using targets prepared with a mass separator. The Q value is measured and a mass excess of -30 485 +- 30 keV is inferred for 197Hg
