Management of radioactive wastes from nuclear power plants
Description
In the present paper the main emphasis will be laid on wastes from nuclear power stations, on the ways of their processing and final storage, from the viewpoint of man safety and environmental protection, above all that of feed and drinking water sources. Wastes from uranium ore extraction and processing and spent fuel wastes processing must be also mentioned in short. (orig./RW)

Der vorliegende Beitrag behandelt besonders die Abfaelle von Kernkraftwerken, und zwar waehrend des Transports zur Aufarbeitung und Endlagerung unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Sicherheit fuer Mensch und Umwelt, wobei Nahrung und Trinkwasserquellen besonders beruecksichtigt werden. Abfaelle bei der Uranerzgewinnung und -verarbeitung sowie bei der Aufarbeitung abgebrannter Abfaelle werden ebenfalls kurz erwaehnt. (orig./RW)
