Modeling of time behavior of H, H2 neutral densities, and Hα line intensity in the RF plasma of the Uragan-3M torsatron

Description
In this paper, the results of computer simulation of time behavior of hydrogen atoms and molecules in the plasma produced by RF power in the Uragan-3M torsatron are presented. The evolution of the density of fast charge-exchange H atoms, slow H atoms, H atom population on the chamber walls, the intensity of the Hα line, and the H2 gas density and pressure has been studied using the system of differential equations.
