Method of determining plasticity of materials at low temperatures

Description
A method for construction of the plasticity diagrams at low temperatures using the results of standard testing for tension, comptression, and torsion realized on routine test machines equiped with simple cryostates and transient units is presented. For automatic determination of the plasticity at various types of the stess-stain state an approximation of the plasticity diagrams with an analytical expression is proposed, the coefficients of the expression being determined from the results of testing the results of testing the standard material. The daigrams of plasticity at 77 K are built for steels 12Kh18N10T and alloy 07Kh16N6
