Mr. Konrad Luebbert, pastor, is the representative of the Christian peace movement. His contribution immediately originated from the recent peace movement and must be understood as a support of it. Today it is a matter of survival of total mankind. In view of further armament this is becoming more evident from day to day. In view of the neutron bomb it is exemplarily evident. Resistance must be offered to this new generation of nuclear weapons so that the development of armament is not completely getting out of control. The selection of documents is only very incomplete due to the limited space and cannot nearly describe the whole extent of the discussion, above all of the international protest movement which developed since the plans to produce the neutron bomb became known. Nevertheless, the selection gives a survey of typical expressions of views. This survey of documentary material is thought to be information and argumentation for all those who condemn the neutron bomb to be a 'perversion of human thinking' and jointly want to prevent its production and stationing. Abstract (German)
Pfarrer Konrad Luebbert ist Repraesentant der christlichen Friedensbewegung. Sein Beitrag ist unmittelbar aus der Friedensbewegung der juengsten Zeit hervorgegangen und versteht sich als Unterstuetzung fuer sie. Es geht heute um das Ueberleben der gesamten Menschheit. Dies wird angesichts der weiteren Ruestung von Tag zu Tag deutlicher. Es wird beispielhaft deutlich angesichts der Neutronenbombe. Es gilt Widerstand gegen diese neue Generation von Nuklearwaffen zu leisten, damit die Entwicklung der Ruestung nicht voellig ausser Kontrolle geraet. Die Auswahl der Dokumente ist auf dem begrenzten Raum nur sehr unvollstaendig, kann auch nicht annaehernd den ganzen Umfang der Diskussion, vor allem nicht der internationalen Protestbewegung wiedergeben, die sich seit Bekanntwerden der Plaene zum Bau der Neutronenbombe entfaltete. Dennoch gibt die Auswahl einen Ueberblick ueber typische Meinungsaeusserungen. Diese Zusammenstellung dokumentarischen Materials ist als Information und Argumentation fuer alle gedacht, die die Neutronenbombe als 'Perversion menschlichen Denkens' verurteilen, und die deren Produktion und Stationierung gemeinsam verhindern wollen.
