Eco information 11. Influence of operation of the plants Jadrova vyradovacia spolocnost, a.s., on the environment, locality of Bohunice, within November 2020

In this leaflet the results of monitoring of chemical gaseous and liquid effluents into the rivers Vah and Dudvah as well as of radiation monitoring of Bohunice V1 NPP, Interim Spent Fuel Storage (MSVP), Bohunice Radioactive Waste Processing Centre (VK808 - BSC), The Main Production Unit (VK 46A - HVB) and Bitumenation Lines (VK 46B - BL) are presented. The radioactive effluents into atmosphere within January - November 2020 (for NPP V1, MSVP, BSC, HVB and BL, respectively) were: 75.661 MBq (0.09458% of AL) for V1, 0.168 MBq (0.056% of AL) for MSVP, 0.150 MBq (0.106% of AL) for BSC, 1.131 MBq (0.172% of AL) for HVB and 0.076 MBq (0.054% of AL) for BL of aero-soles. The radioactive effluents into atmosphere and hydrosphere within a November 2020 for NPP V1, MSVP, and VK 808 BSC, respectively, were: 3.430 MBq (V1), 0.013 MBq (VK MSVP), 0.006 MBq (VK 808 BSC), 0.206 MBq (VK 46A) and 0.006 MBq (VK 46B) of aero-soles into atmosphere; 1.011 MBq (V1 and MSVP) and 1.068 MBq (TSU RAO and NPP A1) of corrosive and fission products, and 1.684 GBq (V1 and MSVP) and 8.405 GBq (TSU RAO and NPP A1) of tritium into the Vah River and 0.000 GBq (V1 and MSVP) and 0.000 MBq (TSU RAO and NPP A1) of corrosive and fission products and 1.347 GBq of tritium (V1) and 7.013 GBq of tritium (TSU RAO and NPP A1) into the Dudvah River). For the period January - November 2020 these radioactive effluents into recipient of Vah River represent for corrosive and fission products 13.417 MBq (0.1032% of AL for V1 and MSVP) and 15.812 MBq (0.132% of AL for TSU RAO and NPP A1); and for tritium it is 9.433 GBq (0.47163% of AL) for V1 and MSVP, and 110.744 GBq (1.107% of AL) for TSU RAO and NPP A1 (into the Vah River) and for corrosive and fission products 0.000 MBq (TSU RAO and NPP A1) and 0.000 MBq (TSU RAO and NPP A1) (0.0000% of AL) of tritium (into the Dudvah River). Chemical effluents are reported, too.
