Doping of cadmium diphosphide crystals

Description
Basic characteristics of CdP2 crystals doping with elements of different groups of Periodic system are determined. For this aim quantitative analysis of impurity content of initial crystals and purposely doped crystals is performed, and concentration and current carrier type are found. It is shown that doping with CdP2 is more effective, the closer a valency of doping element to valency of substituted one, and probability of replacement of the atom with lesser covalent radius by the atom with greater covalent radius is insignificant
